I enjoy exercising and eating a balanced diet, so this is a great way to check if my efforts to keep fit are paying off.
What is your strategy for staying fit with your demanding schedule?
What is your current favorite workout to do and why?
Circuit Training. It keeps my heart rate in my training zone, and I can switch it up every session so I never get stuck in a plateau.
Why is being a fit doctor important to you?
I am my best business card, if you want to choose a Sports Chiropractor you want someone who emulates the lifestyle you want to achieve, after all I cant give solid rehab/training advice about something I don't participate in.
Give one piece of advice to others looking to get fit and healthy as a busy professional.
Time Management is the Key. Schedule your daily routine to make time for a 10 minute meal every 3 hours, wake up early and get your day organized to avoid chaos in the workplace, when your body tells you it needs rest - Listen.
What is your favorite healthy meal?
Grilled Salmon topped with a Vegetable Puree, side of Sweet Potatoes, and plenty of H20.
